1. What this is
An independent, self-funded public-records data project, published under one name, Sero (in full, Sero Uno), by a real person accountable for it. Every figure is drawn from a primary public filing and is meant to be traceable back to its source.
2. Lawful, disclosed activity is reported as fact, not wrongdoing
Contributions, lobbying, ownership, and hiring shown here are lawful and disclosed by design. They are facts with confidence tags. No quid pro quo, improper influence, or causal connection to the fire or any other outcome is alleged or implied. Draw no such inference. Rank-and-file individuals are reported in aggregate to protect privacy.
3. No financial interest
The publisher has no financial interest in Lineage, its competitors, or any related litigation, and is not paid to produce this. Any funding, if it ever exists, will be disclosed. A personal connection to the affected community is disclosed as motivation, not a conflict.
4. Corrections
Errors are fixed in the open and logged. Report one through the contact form; the policy and changelog are at sero.uno/corrections.
5. License and terms of use
The data text is licensed CC BY-NC 4.0. You may share and adapt the material for noncommercial purposes, with attribution. Commercial use — defined as use primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation — is not permitted. The underlying primary-source records are public.
The following are not authorized: use in campaign materials, political advertisements, or fundraising; republication of substantial portions behind a paywall or subscription wall; use that removes attribution to Sero; use implying Sero's endorsement. Unauthorized use may result in DMCA takedown or legal action. Free-access reporting that quotes, cites, and links to the original materials is welcome.
